We are innovating the transportable tower and building some stuff to participate in the 2m fieldday contest see the pictures below.
Bending yig for the 12 double quad antennas for 2m.
PA3DYS receiving the price Jan (our help for the welding) innovating the mobile tower.
Fail in the design the tower didn't fit between the legs anymore, in the mean time we solved this problem.
Jan creating extra metal to make the structure stiff.
PE1MZS leadpaint the structure, PA3DYS, PA0HIP(with Beer in hand as always hi) and PE1MFP also painting due to back problem.
So allmost finished and ready to go for the contest on 21th of June.
30th of May we start to build 12 double quads for 2m.
Jasper (PE1MZS) drilling all the holes and Frank(PA3DYS) making some square holes, a hell of a job.
In the coming week we need to finish these double quad antennas and put together the transportable tower again.
